TRANSACTIONAL PARALEGAL

We are seeking a licensed paralegal to join our team of experienced legal professionals. Experience with franchise law is an advantage, but not required. Responsibilities will include preparing and tracking franchise regulatory filings, managing corporate record books and state filing reports, and providing support to our attorneys on an array of other transactions and projects.

The ideal candidate will:

• have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a transactional paralegal role;
• work at an advanced level with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);
• demonstrate exceptional organizational, critical thinking and communication skills;
• have an eagerness to learn and a willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment with minimum supervision;
• bring a team-oriented “can do” attitude;
• be reliable, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
