Real Estate and Land Use Administrative Assistant:
Position Overview: A mid sized law firm with a strong real estate, zoning, and land use practice seeks a highly organized, detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support attorneys, planners, and paralegals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys managing complex workflows, and is comfortable interacting with clients, municipal agencies, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Goals: It is our intent that the position filling this position will obtain significant experience and develop skills to continue their professional development to a point that includes paralegal and planning work.
Qualifications: 2–4 years of administrative experience; law firm or professional services experience preferred as is a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational skills are a requirement along with the ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail. Professional communication skills and comfort interacting with clients and government agencies is also required. Experience in real estate, zoning, land use, or municipal processes and familiarity with real estate transactions is preferred.
