Assistant to Real Estate Attorney – Key West, FL

I am seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Assistant to support a busy transactional Key West law office. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses exceptional computer skills to manage a wide range of administrative and document-based tasks, as well as occasional personal tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • General administrative support (phones, scheduling, filing, scanning)
  • Preparing and organizing real estate documents and correspondence
  • Assisting with client communications
  • Managing calendars, deadlines, and follow-ups

Requirements (----please do not apply without these credentials---):

  • Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, digital filing systems, and general office technology
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and reliability
  • Strong references required
  • Experience in real estate or legal work is helpful but not required

Schedule & Compensation:

Part-time position with flexible hours. Competitive pay commensurate with experience.
