Role Description

We are currently seeking high-caliber professionals for Transfer Pricing Senior / Supervisor roles to join Crowe Saudi Arabia in Riyadh and Jeddah .

This role is suited for candidates looking to take ownership, lead engagements, and play a key role in growing a Transfer Pricing practice in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Transfer Pricing engagements, including Local File, Master File, and supporting analyses
Perform value chain analysis, functional analysis, and financial modeling
Handle and support ZATCA inquiries, audits, and dispute resolution processes
Advise clients on Transfer Pricing structuring, risk assessment, and planning
Conduct benchmarking studies and interpret economic results with commercial insight
Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact
Support proposal preparation, pricing, and business development initiatives

Requirements:

3–6 years of experience in Transfer Pricing and/or Tax within a professional services environment
Proven experience in handling Transfer Pricing documentation and ZATCA-related matters
Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and BEPS framework (3-tier documentation)
Ability to manage engagements independently and lead workstreams
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis and interpretation
Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
Saudi nationality is preferred
Certified Transfer Pricing (CTP) qualification is preferred
