Transformation Projects Manager – Oil & Gas

🔹 Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Projects Manager – Oil & Gas to lead digital transformation, project control systems, and data-driven performance management initiatives. The role focuses on implementing project management systems, cost and schedule controls, analytics dashboards, and process automation to enable real-time decision-making for senior leadership across large-scale Oil & Gas projects in Oman.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

* Implement Project Management systems, dashboards, and reporting tools to communicate real-time cost and schedule performance

* Develop standardized cost and schedule reporting frameworks to support data-driven management decisions

* Train planning teams, QS teams, and stakeholders on effective planning and control techniques such as Earned Value, cost & schedule variance, EAC, and critical path analysis

* Perform trend analysis to evaluate project performance, identify risks, validate forecasts, and report insights to stakeholders

* Conduct data modeling, deep data analysis, and detailed assessments during need identification phases

* Organize and present analytical insights to management for process mapping and transformation initiatives

* Lead process digitalization and automation initiatives across projects

🧾 Requirements & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)

* 10+ years of overall professional experience with 5+ years in a relevant leadership role

* Proven experience in ERP or equivalent Project Management system implementations

* Strong expertise in Database Management, BI & Analytics tools

* Hands-on experience with Primavera P6, SAP, SQL, Power BI or similar systems
