Sr. Manager – Planning & Studies

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 12 years

**Key Responsibilities**

-Manage operational and administrative activities of Transmission Operations – Planning & Studies.

-Ensure transmission systems operate safely, efficiently, securely, and economically.-Develop departmental rules and procedures to maintain network reliability and security.

-Supervise outage planning for commissioning and maintenance activities.

-Maintain and update transmission/generation network databases and PSS/E operational models.

-Identify root causes of system failures and implement corrective and preventive measures.

-Introduce new tools and technologies to improve departmental performance and align with world-class practices.

**Salary & Benefits**

-Salary: AED 35,000/month.

-Leave Entitlement: 30 working days/year.

-Annual Travel Allowance: Business class for employee, spouse, and up to 3 children under 18 years.

-Medical Insurance: Coverage for employee, spouse, and children (sons up to 23 years; daughters until marriage or employment).

-Children's Educational Allowance: Up to AED 55,000 per academic year (conditions apply).

-Housing Assistance.

-Relocation Assistance: One-way economy class airfare and allowance for shipping personal belongings (20 ft container including insurance).
