We are a busy, established transmission specialty shop in Arizona with a steady flow of work year-round. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Transmission Technician who can diagnose, repair, and rebuild transmissions with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose transmission issues using proper tools and procedures
• Perform transmission rebuilds, repairs, and R&R work
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Communicate clearly with service writers and team members
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Test drive vehicles as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Transmission Technician (automatic and/or manual)
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliability and professionalism
