Transport and Customs Coordinator

In the high-paced dynamic environment of Decathlon Turkey, we are now looking for a Transport and Customs Coordinator!

You will join our Transport & Customs Team and will be responsible for optimizing and managing the import & export process for worldwide trades respecting on-time availability at the best costs.

Qualifications:

A teammate who;

• Is passionate about International Trade and Logistics
• Has a Bachelor's Degree from related international trade, business management, etc. departments
• Has an excellent command of written and spoken English
• Has had 1-3 years of previous experience in global trade, logistics, importation business or international transportation
• Has a strong sense of organization, priority management
• Is good at data analysis and able to use ERP Systems
• Is proactive, practical and challenge-oriented
• Has team spirit and likes to play within a worldwide network
• Has excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage international transport and customs operations
• Forecast, organize and debrief the import & export activity
• Follow up on customs clearance administrative procedures in the customs zone of origin/destination
• Manage and measure the performance of the logistics service providers
• Guarantee the local charges of purchase and sales prices
• Give technical advice to the supply and production teams and suggest new actions to improve economic performance
• Manage import zones and local export
• Prepare & follow up monthly KPIs
