We are looking for a Experienced Transport In charge.

Skills Required

• Qualification: Dip/Mech Automobile
• Experience: 5-10 yrs (logistics & Transport)
• Must be familiar with Tuticorin, Kovilpatti & Surrounding area and good at routing
• Preferred RTO Knowledge candidate.
• Kovilpatti & Sattur surrounding area candidates Preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Transport registration enquiries and onboard the associates
• Attend enquiries/grievances over phone for addressed
• Monitor the Transport team members & Drivers and follow up for closure in time
• Maintain Daily Vehicle reports send to Transport Manager/MD.
• Preparation of Monthly consolidated vehicle reports send to MD/Transport Manager.
• Checking/ Validating Trip sheets & Invoices, and willing to take up any other transport related assignments time-to-time
• Responsible for Hiring drivers in case of vacancy
• Managing vehicle documents, reports.
• Should look into the timely maintenance and repair of all company vehicles.
• Perform periodic checkup of vehicles in a regular interval to avoid mid-trip breakdowns and to improve safety
• Maintain all Vehicle maintenance report, invoice & other details.
• Must be willing to work and progress
• Sound knowledge in logistics & Transport
