Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 5 years experience in transport/logistics, ideally in education sector.
Key Duties
- Plan bus routes, schedules, pick-up/drop-off points; coordinate drivers, conductors for punctuality and discipline.
- Ensure vehicle compliance (fitness, insurance, PUC), conduct safety checks, monitor student boarding/de-boarding.
- Supervise staff training on emergencies/safety, maintain records (fuel, maintenance), handle parent queries, and support events/excursions
- Knowledge of GPS tracking, fleet management, RTO regulations, and road/child safety standards; valid driving license and leadership skills essential.
