Transport Incharge

• Planning routes and load scheduling for deliveries.
• Complete knowledge about Dubai Trade.
• Complete knowledge about container transport and how shipping lines work.
• Booking in deliveries and liaising with customers.
• Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport planning system.
• Ensuring all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements.
• Booking sub-contractors and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms.
• Keep organized records of vehicles, schedules and completed orders.
• Knowledge about geographical areas within UAE is mandatory.
• Experience with lowbed, genset and side loader transportation.
• Ready to work extended hours depending on the work load.
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
• Problem solving under stressful conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• transport: 4 years (Required)
• Container transport: 2 years (Required)
