Transport Manager

Note: This position requires candidates with extensive experience in the transport industry, specifically those who have held roles within a transport company.

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement transportation strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods or services.
• Fleet & Route Management: Oversee the scheduling, routing, and dispatching of vehicles to optimize delivery times and reduce costs.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to transportation laws, regulations, and safety standards, including vehicle maintenance and driver qualifications.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage transportation budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.
• Team Leadership: Supervise transportation staff, including drivers and logistics coordinators, providing training and performance evaluations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, customers, warehouse teams, and other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
