Transport Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Transport Coordinator to join our growing transport operations team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in fleet coordination, transport operations, IVMS System and heavy vehicle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily fleet operations across UAE routes .
• Plan trips, assign drivers, and ensure on-time schedules of vehicles
• Monitoring vehicle movements through IVMS systems
• Control fuel consumption and ensure cost efficiency
• Follow up on vehicle maintenance, servicing, and breakdowns
• Maintain accurate operational reports and records
• Liaise effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams
• Management of transport schedules
• Tracking driver behavior, speeding, idling, and route compliance
• Coordinating with drivers and transport supervisors .
• Verify trip records and transportation logs.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and trip history.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transportation reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in , Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role
• Proven expertise in UAE transport coordination
• Strong knowledge of UAE road regulations
• Experience managing heavy truck operations
• Strong driver coordination and trip planning skills
• Proficient in IVMS monitoring systems and fleet reporting
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
