Transport Executive – Sales & Booking (B2B) | Urgent Hiring

Job Overview
We are looking for a Transport Executive to handle booking, client coordination, and basic sales activities.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in the transport, logistics, and supply chain industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily transport bookings (vehicles, loads, delivery schedules).
Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and clients for smooth operations.
Provide pricing & quotations to B2B customers.
Follow up with clients for new bookings and repeat business.
Maintain records of dispatch, POD, invoice, and trip details.
Track vehicle movement and update customers.
Resolve customer issues related to delivery, timing, and documentation.
Prepare daily MIS / transport reports.
Support the Sales & Operations team when needed.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of transport / logistics (not mandatory).
Good communication & customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving and coordination skills.
