TRANSPORT PASS (TP) Executive

We are hiring a male candidate for Transport Pass (TP) Executive for our liquor and wine division. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing and applying for Transport Passes (TP) through the Excise Department portal and should be familiar with liquor dispatch documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process Transport Passes (TP) for liquor and wine shipments as per excise regulations.
• Maintain and update all TP records, dispatch registers, and excise files.
• Coordinate with excise department officials, logistics, and warehouse teams.
• Ensure all documentation complies with state excise laws and deadlines.
• Assist in invoice and stock reconciliation related to dispatched goods.
• Manage day-to-day excise documentation and online submissions.

Requirements:

• Male candidate only.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the liquor or wine industry.
• Must know how to prepare and apply Transport Passes (TP) independently.
• Strong knowledge of Excise Department procedures and compliance.
• Good computer skills (Excel, Excise Portal, Email).
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
