We are recruiting a Security Manager (Saudi National) to join a newly established public transport operator in Riyadh.

This is a start-up operation backed by two major transport operators - ALSA and Hafil Transportation Company, delivering transport services supporting Six Flags Qiddiya, one of the Kingdom’s most significant and high-profile giga-projects.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity to build and own the full security framework for a large-scale transport operation from the ground up.

The Role

As Security Manager, you will take full ownership of the company’s security management approach across depots, fleet and operational locations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive Security Management Plan
• Conducting Security Threat, Vulnerability, and Risk Assessments
• Designing and leading incident response procedures
• Coordinating directly with Police, Civil Defence, and the Ministry of Interior
• Leading investigations and security reporting processes
• Advising senior leadership on risk mitigation and security preparedness
• Ensuring full operational readiness in a safety-critical transport environment

Requirements

• Saudi National (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Risk Management, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience developing and implementing Security Management Plans
• Strong background in transport, infrastructure, aviation, metro, logistics hubs, or other large-scale projects
• Demonstrated experience conducting security risk assessments and managing incidents
• Ability to coordinate effectively with government authorities and emergency services
• Strong leadership, reporting, and decision-making capability

Experience working directly with Saudi security authorities is highly advantageous.
