Transport Supervisor

Transport Supervisor - Multiple Locations (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam)

We are seeking a highly driven, commercially focused Transport Supervisor with a strong industry network to lead and optimize our fleet operations across key regions in Saudi Arabia.

This role goes beyond traditional operations - it requires a results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on maximizing fleet utilization, eliminating empty miles (deadheading), and driving profitability through strategic load planning and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure continuous freight loads and ensure all fleet units operate at maximum efficiency, minimizing empty returns.
• Fleet Productivity & Utilization
• Monitor daily fleet performance and implement strategies to improve operational output and cost efficiency.
• Actively source and onboard new clients, shippers, and transport partners to expand the logistics network.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across the transport ecosystem.
• Lead rate negotiations and finalize contracts to ensure competitive pricing and healthy margins.
• Track fleet movements in real-time and maintain clear communication with drivers and field teams.
• Analyze operational data, generate reports, and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in transport, logistics, or fleet operations
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi freight and transport market
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, client acquisition, and relationship management
• Existing industry network (clients / carriers) is highly preferred
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and transport systems (TMS)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (required during evaluation period)
