Transport Supervisor cum Purchase coordinator

Transport In-Charge – Roles and Responsibilities

1. Fleet Management

  • Supervise and manage all transport vehicles and support Purchase department.

2. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with various departments for transport requirements.
  • Plan routes efficiently to reduce cost and time.
  • Handle emergency transport arrangements when required.
  • Address complaints related to transport services.

3. Coordinate with external transport contractors.

4. Support Purchase department.

B. Job Specifications

1. Educational Qualification

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

2. Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in transport/purchase management.

3. Skills & Competencies

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Good communication and coordination ability.
  • Planning and organizing skills.
  • Cost control and analytical ability.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • High level of responsibility and integrity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
