TRANSPORT SUPERVISOR (OPERATIONS)

• Duties and responsibilities are as follows
• _ -Manage the daily operations of the transport section Assist in planning, costing and assigning routes as well as vehicles to drivers Maintain high standards of service delivery through following the appropriate company standards, policies _
• as well as procedures Determine operational issues, potential problems as well as opportunities and use this information to make decisions
• _ Manage all drivers routing as well as monitoring their day to day movements Keep up accurate administrativerecords Develop the drivers' daily movement plan and assign duties to them accordingly _
• Make sure safety and security procedures are followed by all workers Create and implement a proactive,planned and structured approach to the maintenance of the fleet within the set budget Job Qualifications and Experience
• The ideal candidate must have a relevant Degree with more than 5 years of UAE experience in a transport company
• or fleet management Should hold a valid UAE drivinglicense Must be in position to manage more than 25 vehicles, all kinds of vehicles Good leadershipand management skills required Excellent communication
• _ and interpersonal skills Knowledge in budgets and financial controls Must have good experience with vehicle maintenance, RTA Process, Customs, Mulkiya etc _
• Only male candidates are required Preferred candidates must be agedbetween 30 and 40 years Should be able to operate well in a high volume service driven transportcompany
