Transportation Claims Specialist

Job Summary
TFA Logistics is seeking a Transportation Claims Specialist to support our Safety Department. This role is responsible for managing accident, cargo, and liability claims while working with drivers, insurance carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

What You'll Do

• Manage accident, cargo, and liability claims
• Investigate incidents and gather supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate claim files and records
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, adjusters, and attorneys
• Monitor claim activity and follow up on open claims
• Assist with settlements and claim resolution
• Prepare reports and identify claim trends
• Support drivers and internal departments throughout the claims process

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of claims handling experience in the trucking industry preferred
• Transportation or trucking industry experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or equivalent required
