• Plan and coordinate daily transportation schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and internal departments to align logistics operations
• Monitor shipment statuses and resolve any issues or delays promptly
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including delivery logs and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to schedule pickups and drop-offs efficiently
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies during all transportation activities
• Analyze transportation data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or supply chain management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) or related software is preferred
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in transportation operations
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain are a plus
