zTrip is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Transportation Dispatcher to help coordinate daily transportation operations and ensure exceptional service across our network. In this role, you will serve as the communication hub between drivers, customers, and operations teams, helping maintain efficient service, timely trip completion, and smooth day-to-day operations.

This position is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, problem-solving, and making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do as a Transportation Dispatcher:

As a Transportation Dispatcher, you will:

• Coordinate and assign trips based on driver availability, service demand, and scheduling requirements
• Monitor active trips and proactively address delays, route adjustments, and service interruptions
• Communicate dispatch instructions, schedule updates, and operational information to drivers in real time
• Assist customers with transportation inquiries and service-related concerns
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, trip documentation, and operational logs
• Work closely with drivers, customer service representatives, and operations personnel to ensure seamless transportation services
• Support service recovery efforts and help resolve operational challenges as they arise
• Help maximize fleet utilization while maintaining high service standards

What We're Looking for as a Transportation Dispatcher:

• Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, customer service, call center operations, or fleet management preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and customer-focused in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, or scheduling platforms is a plus
• Valid driver's license required
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills

Tuesday–Sunday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
