Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Transportation & Maintenance Coordinator to oversee transportation operations and vehicle maintenance activities.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient fleet management, regulatory compliance, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Coordinate daily transportation operations, including vehicle scheduling and dispatch
✅ Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for company vehicles
✅ Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational standards
✅ Maintain accurate transportation and maintenance records, reports, and documentation
✅ Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely operations
✅ Identify and resolve transportation and maintenance-related issues effectively

Requirements:
✔Proven experience in transportation, fleet management, or maintenance coordination
✔ Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
✔ Knowledge of vehicle maintenance processes and safety standards
✔ Proficiency in MS Office or relevant management systems
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
