Position Summary

The Transportation Manager oversees all Wisconsin transportation operations, including our CDL driving fleet and Dispatch team. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery and pickup operations while driving performance, cost control, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of CDL Drivers and Dispatchers
• Oversee daily delivery and pickup scheduling across Wisconsin operations
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all transportation activities
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and all applicable requirements
• Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify improvements
• Optimize use of dispatching systems and routing tools
• Drive department goals while managing cost efficiency
• Foster a collaborative environment, including cross-training and skill development

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet management leadership
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive accountability
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Hands-on leadership approach with a focus on continuous improvement
