Transportation Planning Engineer

We are Looking for Senior Transportation Planning Engineer who can provide services required for urban street design, roadway rehabilitation, railway engineering, and traffic engineering. The works shall include preparation of engineering plans, specifications, bid documents, transportation planning studies, traffic analysis and modelling, railway alignment investigations, and design reviews. All works shall be under the supervision.

Education: B.S. in Civil engineering with emphasis on Transportation Engineering – Preferred M.S in Transportation Planning.
Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of transportation /planning , traffic, highway design experience.
• Knowledge in Transportation Management Systems and programs such as: Trans CAD, Vissim, SUMO, Invarion.
• Experience in urban street design, roadway rehabilitation, railway engineering (long-distance rail and metro), and traffic engineering with strong knowledge of transportation planning, modelling techniques, and infrastructure design standards. Experience working with multi- disciplinary teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR20.00 - QAR25.00 per month
