Transportation company in Des Plaines, IL looking for an experienced recruiter/ hiring person

Responsibilities

• source and recruit CDL drivers, dispatchers and logistics staff
• screen candidates (experience, safety mindset, compliance)
• manage full hiring cycle (job posting - onboarding)
• coordinate background checks, MVR, and drug testing
• knowledge about FMCSA rules and regulations is a plus

Pay: $25.00 per hour
