Transportation Scheduler

The DuBois Nursing Home is looking for a Full-Time Transportation Scheduler

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scheduling resident appointments.

• Communicating appointment dates and times to staff and resident families.

• Creating and updating transportation schedules.

• Calling physicians and families to notify and confirm appointments.

• Transporting Residents to appointments and staying with them during the appointments to accommodate their needs.

The ideal candidate should have good communication, scheduling, and organizing skills. Medical experience and a CNA License or higher is REQUIRED.
