This full-time role blends three essential campus functions :
- Driving (50%) – Provide safe, courteous transportation for residents to and from scheduled appointments and activities.
- Mail Services (30%) – Sort, distribute, and deliver mail accurately across the campus, including an occasional Saturday morning shift.
- Central Supply (20%) – Assist with inventory, stocking, and delivery of essential supplies. Some lifting (up to 20 lbs.) required.
What You’ll Do
- Transport residents following all MSS safety and service policies.
- Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and ready, and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Handle campus mail efficiently and with attention to confidentiality.
- Support Central Supply by receiving shipments, organizing supplies, and ensuring accurate distribution.
- Work a routine schedule day shift schedule Monday-Friday but may occasionally work some Saturday mornings.

Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
10 grade education or comparable work experience and work-related education. Must meet minimum age requirements of the State of Mississippi; must have one year of driving experience; liability insurance and a good driving record; must be able to understand and interpret written and verbal instructions.
