Transportation/Van Driver- MUST HAVE CDL

As a Transportation/Van Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our patients to appointments, errands, and social activities.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport patients to medical appointments, errands, and social activities, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality

• Maintain accurate records of patient transportation, including departure and arrival times, and any notable events or concerns

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient transportation, including scheduling, pickups, and drop-offs

• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure safe and reliable transportation

• Create a positive and respectful environment for patients and staff during transportation

Requirements:

CDL REQUIRED

• Valid Illinois driver's license and a clean driving record

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift and assist patients as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in transportation or healthcare preferred
