Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Advisor based in Muscat, Oman. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for providing superior customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored travel arrangements. Key responsibilities include assisting guests with bookings, creating personalized itineraries, and coordinating transportation, accommodations, and leisure activities. Additionally, the role involves effective communication with clients and addressing travel-related inquiries to enhance the overall guest experience.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Travel Arrangements and the ability to design personalized itineraries
  • Excellent Communication skills and the ability to address client inquiries effectively
  • Knowledge of working with Travel Agencies and familiarity with the travel and tourism industry
  • Ability to work in a team setting while maintaining professionalism in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
  • A background in hospitality, travel, or a related field is required
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in travel, tourism, or a related discipline is a plus
