Travel Consultant to deliver exceptional travel planning and customer service to both corporate and leisure clients. This role requires a bilingual professional (Arabic & English) with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for travel and customer experience.
The successful candidate will support clients with end-to-end travel solutions, ensuring smooth booking processes, accurate documentation, and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Booking
- Handle travel inquiries and provide professional consultation to clients in Arabic and English.
- Arrange domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, transfers, and visa-related services.
- Prepare accurate quotations, itineraries, and confirmations based on client needs.
Reservations & Operations
- Manage bookings through GDS systems and supplier portals.
- Issue tickets, amend bookings, and handle cancellations or reissues.
- Ensure all travel documentation is accurate and compliant with airline and destination requirements.
Customer Experience
- Deliver high-quality customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Resolve travel-related issues efficiently and professionally.
- Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business.
Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and service providers to ensure smooth travel operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel, or a related field
- Minimum 3–4 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Experience using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings
