Travel Agent

PRIME PACIFIC TRAVEL & TOURISM is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our growing team in our Abu Dhabi Branch. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking travel services such as flights, hotels, visas, tours, and holiday packages while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with flight, hotel, visa, tour, and holiday package bookings.
• Provide professional travel advice based on customer needs and budget.
• Prepare quotations
• Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain updated knowledge of destinations, fares, and promotions.
• Support sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in the travel industry is an advantage.

Requirements

• Open to Male or Female Candidates.
• Preferably KA-BA-YAN
• With or without travel agency experience.
• With Experience is a plus points
• At least 1 year UAE job experience.
• Freshers are welcome
• Immediate availability required.
• Age: 22 – 38 years old.
