- Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Itinerary Planning: Design and organize travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services.
- Booking Management: Handle reservations, payments, and confirmations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire travel process.
- Travel Advice: Offer advice on destinations, travel regulations, and necessary travel documentation.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues or emergencies that may arise during the client's trip.
- Sales and Marketing: Promote travel packages and special deals to potential clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BD450.000 - BD600.000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Manama: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
