Electrical Foreman
Base Pay: $30-45 per hour
Additional Benefits:
- Per Diem: $75 per day
- Housing and Transportation: Provided
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee electricians and apprentices in daily service, maintenance, and installation tasks
- Provide mentorship, on-the-job training, and conduct morning briefings
- Promote continuous improvement through training sessions
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Plan job site logistics and electrical installations
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve field issues
- Oversee installation of wiring, panels, lighting, and controls
- Ensure proper testing and commissioning of systems
- Work safely with high-voltage systems
- Enforce safety protocols and lead regular safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local building codes
- Maintain accurate documentation and inspection records
- Monitor tool and equipment inventory, request replacements or repairs as needed
- Coordinate with office staff to streamline scheduling, dispatching, and workflow execution
- Communicate system issues, repair strategies, and timelines clearly and professionally
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, customer service, and technical performance
Skills
- A minimum of 3 years of Electrical experience, with proven leadership capabilities
- A valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (if applicable)
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documentation related to Electrical systems.
- Excellent mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- OSHA 10/30, Lockout/Tagout, Lift Operation Certification strongly preferred
