Travel Cardio-Vascular Rad Tech (Cath Lab) – 13 Weeks

We are seeking an experienced Cardio-Vascular Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week Cath Lab assignment. Candidates must have recent Cath Lab experience and be comfortable working in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.

Assignment Details:

• Start: ASAP

• Duration: 13 Weeks

• Shift: Days, 4x10’s (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• On-Call: 9–10 shifts per month + 1 weekend

• Scrub Color: Any solid color

• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:

• ARRT (R) Required – RCIS will NOT be accepted

• Must have Cath Lab experience

• STEMI coverage experience required

• Experience with Impella & IABP required

• Structural Heart experience preferred (not required)

Job Description:

The Invasive Radiologic Technologist will assist with a wide range of cardiac and vascular procedures in the Cath Lab. Responsibilities include scrubbing and monitoring procedures while maintaining strict sterile technique. Cases include angiograms, PCI, CTO, Left Main, PFO closures, device implants, PE thrombectomy, IR cases, and peripheral interventions. Structural Heart experience is a plus.

The tech will also perform hemodynamic monitoring and documentation (MacLab experience preferred; training available), assist with room turnover, maintain product knowledge, and restock procedure rooms as needed.
