Travel Consultant

An Australia-based travel agency, is seeking a Travel Consultant to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients plan unforgettable travel experiences.

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum 1+ years of international ticketing experience.
• Strong GDS command (Sabre, Amadeus) – end-to-end PNR handling.

The Ideal Candidate Has The Ability To:

• Issue new tickets
• Reissue / re-validate tickets
• Process EMDs (e.g. for baggage, seat selection, upgrades)
• Handle refunds, including involuntary scenarios and waivers

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and activities
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, and itinerary planning
• Handle customer inquiries via chat or call and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations

Requirements:

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong customer service skills - via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, call center environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet Australian time zones. (rotating shifts between 9am to 11pm) Melbourne time.
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations and tourism products

• Previous experience in a travel agency or related role

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
