Job Summary:

The MICE Travel Consultant is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing group travel and event logistics for corporate clients. The role involves handling end-to-end arrangements including ticketing, hotel bookings, visa coordination, event logistics, transportation, and on-site management while ensuring excellent customer experience and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize group travel arrangements for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and incentive programs (domestic and international).
  • Liaise with clients to understand travel and event requirements, budgets, and expectations.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other vendors for group quotations, bookings, and negotiations.
  • Manage visa documentation, travel insurance, and other pre-travel formalities.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries, costing sheets, and travel proposals.
  • Ensure smooth execution of travel logistics, including transfers, check-ins, and on-ground support.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and documentation.
  • Handle post-trip feedback, client relationship management, and ensure repeat business.
  • Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and MICE project coordination.
  • Stay updated on destination knowledge, travel trends, and MICE industry developments.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of group travel operations and MICE event management.
  • Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Strong vendor network and coordination capabilities.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MICE or corporate group travel operations.
  • Experience with international group movements and incentive programs preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, travel CRM, and ticketing systems is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
