Travel Consultant

We are looking for Travel Consultants to join our Visa & Ticketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, skilled in customer service, and adept at crafting personalized itineraries that meet client preferences and budgets. This role involves advising clients, booking travel arrangements, and ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel products, and services
• Design customized travel itineraries based on client needs and preferences
• Book flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services
• Offer guidance on travel documentation, insurance, and visa requirements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, regulations, and promotions
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and changes with professionalism and efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners
• Meet sales targets and contribute to team performance goals

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a travel consultant or in a similar customer-facing role
• Strong knowledge of global destinations, travel logistics, and booking platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in travel software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Education & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• Minimum 1 years of experience in travel consultancy or related industry
