Travel Consultant

JOB TITLE : TRAVEL CONSULTANT (ARAB NATIONAL/ARABIC SPEAKING)

LOCATION : ABU DHABI, UAE

DEPARTMENT : TRAVEL SERVICES

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Travel consultant ( Arab National/Arabic Speaking) to manage daily travel appointments, handle client bookings and coordinate with suppliers. The ideal candidate should have strong UAE market knowledge and hands-on experience working in a travel agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Advise clients on travel destinations, packages, and visa requirements

2. Plan and book flights, hotels, tours, and travel insurance

3. Prepare customized itineraries based on client needs and budget

4. Assist with visa applications and travel documentation

5. Promote travel services and upsell additional products

6. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators

7. Handle changes, cancellations, and customer support issues

8. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with travel regulations

QUALIFICATIONS :

· Minimum 1 year of experience in travel agency, hospitality, hotels etc ( mandatory)

· Prior experience in a travel agency, hospitality, hotel, airline, or tourism-related organization is required

· Strong knowledge of UAE travel market

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :

· Fluency in Arabic and English ( Spoken and Written)- mandatory

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Problem-solving and decision-making skills

PREFFERED CANDIDATE PROFILE :

· Currently based in UAE

· Immediate or short notice availability

· Familiar with UAE airlines, suppliers, and travel trends

· Female candidate required only
