Travel Consultant

Job description

We are looking for a experienced Travel Consultant with hands-on expertise in IATA BSP ticketing and GDS platforms including Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre. Skilled in ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, fare calculations, itinerary planning, and customer service. Proven ability to manage domestic and international travel bookings while ensuring compliance with airline and IATA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings using BSP systems
• Issue, reissue, and refund tickets in compliance with IATA regulations
• Provide expert travel advice and itinerary planning for clients
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and travel changes efficiently
• Ensure accurate fare calculations and documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationships

Requirements

• Currently based in the UAE
• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or Ticketing Agent
• Strong knowledge of IATA BSP
• Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Relevant certification in travel/tourism is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,000
• Medical insurance provided

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
