Job Summary:
Sikt Safar Travel and Tourism is seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, with a strong background in the travel industry, particularly in creating and managing holiday packages. We’re looking for someone with a passion for travel, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to handle bookings across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize domestic and international holiday packages tailored to client preferences.
- Offer expert advice on destinations, travel insurance, visa processes, and travel itineraries.
- Book flights, accommodations, tours, and related travel services using GDS and other reservation systems.
- Manage booking changes, cancellations, and address client concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Promote and upsell Sikt Safar’s travel products and special offers.
- Keep up-to-date with travel trends, seasonal destinations, and tourism updates.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel trade, with a focus on holiday and leisure travel packages.
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role.
- Hands-on knowledge of travel reservation systems, including CRS and GDS platforms (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre).
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory (spoken and written).
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for travel and helping clients create unforgettable experiences.

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
