Travel Consultant (Arabic & English)

Job Summary:

Sikt Safar Travel and Tourism is seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, with a strong background in the travel industry, particularly in creating and managing holiday packages. We’re looking for someone with a passion for travel, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to handle bookings across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize domestic and international holiday packages tailored to client preferences.
• Offer expert advice on destinations, travel insurance, visa processes, and travel itineraries.
• Book flights, accommodations, tours, and related travel services using GDS and other reservation systems.
• Manage booking changes, cancellations, and address client concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Promote and upsell Sikt Safar’s travel products and special offers.
• Keep up-to-date with travel trends, seasonal destinations, and tourism updates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel trade, with a focus on holiday and leisure travel packages.
• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role.
• Hands-on knowledge of travel reservation systems, including CRS and GDS platforms (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre).
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory (spoken and written).
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for travel and helping clients create unforgettable experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
