Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Client-Centric Service:

Deliver personalized visa consulting services, managing theentire tourist visa application process, including electronicdocument collection, online application submissions, andfollow-up with relevant embassies or consulates.

Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clientsby offering ongoing support, updates, and expert advice ontourist visa-related matters.

Communication & Client Education:

Clearly and effectively communicate with clients, providingtimely updates, educating them on the visa process, timelines,and requirements to ensure they are fully informed at everystep.

Approach each client interaction with a sales-driven mindset,focused on achieving sales targets while providing exceptionalservice and always keeping the best interest of the client atthe forefront.

Proactively seek opportunities for continuous processimprovement and stay informed of changes in visa regulations andprocedures to keep services current and compliant.

Leverage Technology:

To streamline the visa application process, utilize digitaltools for efficient document management, and stay updated withthe latest tech advancements to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurialenvironment and possess a strong client-centric inter-personalskills. Self-initiative, strong interpersonal communication skills,a knack at embracing new technologies, and a strong work ethic areessential to excel in this role.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in visa consulting or a relatedfield in an operation &/or sales &/or customer servicecapacity, specifically in tourist visa processing.
  
• Competent with the array of Microsoft 365 Suite applications(Teams, Outlook, etc.).
  

Education:

Minimum University Bachelors degree or higher.

Location:

Ability to re-locate to/work in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Language:

Fluent written & spoken English (at an advanced Level)

Additional language skills are a plus.

Compensation commensurate with experience & expertise.
