Job Overview:

The selected candidate will manage corporate travel bookings, handle ticketing operations, and provide efficient travel solutions while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate travel bookings (flights, reissues, refunds)
• Issue, reissue, cancel tickets and handle EMDs using Galileo GDS
• Provide support to corporate clients with travel itineraries
• Ensure accuracy in fare rules, ticketing policies, and documentation
• Deliver cost-effective and efficient travel solutions
• Maintain high-quality customer service standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant
• Strong knowledge of Galileo GDS system (mandatory)
• Experience in corporate ticketing and reservations
• Skills in reissue, refund processing, and EMD handling
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure

Job Details:

• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Salary: AED 2,500 + Accommodation + Visa
• Air ticket every 2 years
