About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Travel Consultant with strong expertise in ticketing and a solid working knowledge of the Amadeus GDS portal. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the travel industry, with a focus on international and domestic flight bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end ticketing using Amadeus GDS system
• Manage new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds
• Provide fare quotes and reissue tickets as per airline rules
• Assist customers with travel-related queries during night shift operations
• Ensure high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar travel consultant/ticketing role
• Proficient in Amadeus GDS – ticketing and fare rules
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Male candidates preferred due to shift timings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
