The Great Ape School of Adventures is an outdoor adventure company that fosters a community-driven approach to adventure sports and travel. Our brand, Monkey Adventures, specializes in treks, adventure trips, and experiential travel, offering unique and immersive outdoor experiences.

We are looking for a dedicated Travel Coordinator to join our team and manage trip planning, logistics, and customer interactions to ensure seamless adventure experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Trip Planning & Execution: Organize and oversee treks, adventure trips, and exploration tours.
• Customer Coordination: Handle inquiries, bookings, and pre-trip communication.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate with local guides, transport providers, and accommodation partners.
• Permit & Safety Compliance: Ensure necessary permissions, safety measures, and legal requirements are met.
• On-Ground Support: Assist in the execution of trips and provide direct support when required.
• Marketing & Promotion: Help in promoting trips by sharing updates, engaging with participants, and assisting in social media activities.
• Database & Reporting: Maintain records of participants, trips, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Passion for travel, adventure, and outdoor experiences.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam (preferred).
• Experience in trip coordination, travel operations, or adventure tourism is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing is a bonus.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Travel & Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

• Candidates with Basic Mountaineering Certification are encouraged to apply.

• Individuals with a strong passion for outdoor adventure and travel can apply, even without formal qualifications.

• Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in travel coordination, tourism, event planning, or adventure tourism (freshers with a passion for adventure are welcome).

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $12,999.00 - $24,999.00 per month
