Travel Desk Specialist

Cairo, Egypt

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas) through the company’s approved travel agency
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on visa applications, travel documentation, and related requirements
  • Maintain and regularly update the shared travel tracker, ensuring accuracy in requests, approvals, status updates, and cost records
  • Ensure full compliance with the company’s Travel Policy and highlight any deviations when necessary
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute regular travel reports covering usage, costs, and travel trends to management
  • Deliver timely assistance and administrative support to the operations team on travel-related matters and other assigned tasks




Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 3+ years of experience travel coordination
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems or vendor coordination is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management
