Travel Lab Tech - Contractor Full Time

Caring Hands Medical Lab Services is a fast growing company who is currently seeking an experienced Mobile Phlebotomist to service our North Carolina area.

Required Experience:

- Phlebotomy experienced required

- Excellent customer service skills

- Must be skilled at drawing geriatric patients and have good communication skills

- Positive and caring attitude a must, dependable, punctual and have a great personality

- Displays Initiative, desires to go Above & Beyond

- Must have dependable transportation and very flexible

Responsible Duties:

- Will be responsible for accurate collection, labeling and delivery of specimens obtained from patients using approved procedures

- Performs venipunctures and related procedures for specimen collection of patients at facilities and patient homes

- Explain procedures to patients

- Labels specimens with proper Identifiers

- Transports specimens to laboratory

- Ensure HIPAA policies are adhered to patients at all times
