Travel Customer Support & Soft Sales — Independent Contractor (Remote)

About the Contract
Assist guests with reservations, changes, and general support. Choose 30‑minute blocks; bring your own equipment.

Pay
- Certification: $5.50/hr for eligible class time/self‑study (each eligible module pays once). Paid one cycle in arrears.
- Production: $11.35/hr (target agent rate).
- Optional Spiffs: Periodic CSAT/soft‑sales bonuses may be announced by SSQ.

Scheduling & Minimums
- Mix of weekday/weekend coverage; weekend blocks are commonly required.
- Final minimums/required coverage shared at assignment.

Requirements
- Complete enrollment steps by the stated deadline before class.
- Follow attendance‑capture instructions provided during onboarding.
- Complete required self‑study (paid once per eligible module).
- Quiet workspace, compliant PC/headset, reliable wired internet.

Incentives
- Onboarding/performance bonuses may be available; details after acceptance.

Classification
- 1099 independent contractor; block‑based scheduling; outcome‑based management. Caps may apply. Minimum 13 hours a week.
