Position Overview:

Bennington Care Center is seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care on a part-time contract basis. This role is ideal for an LPN experienced in long-term care or rehabilitation settings who can work independently while supporting resident care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in compliance with facility policies and state regulations.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the supervising RN or provider.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of care provided.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of Vermont.

• Prior experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred.

• Ability to work one scheduled day per week for the duration of the contract.

• No holiday RTO required.
