Title: LPN/T-LPN

Location: Concord, NH

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Shift: Night II 7PM - 7AM

Duration: 14 Weeks

Travel Pay: $48/hr II $1750 weekly

Local Pay: $40/hr II $1440 weekly

Active NH/Compact License required!!!

1+ Year LPN experience needed.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Administer medications and injections accurately following HIPAA guidelines and medical protocols.
• Assist with invasive procedures such as IV infusion, catheterization, venipuncture, and sterile dressing changes, ensuring aseptic technique at all times.
• Monitor patients’ physiological status with advanced knowledge of anatomy and physiology; manage airway, ventilator support, and acute pain management when necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning, case management, and post-acute care strategies.
• Provide specialized care for individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, memory care needs, or behavioral health challenges.
• Document all patient interactions thoroughly in medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and ICD coding standards like ICD-9 and ICD-10 for accurate billing and reporting.
• Support emergency situations in various environments including Level I Trauma Centers or emergency rooms by performing triage, airway management, and basic life support (BLS).
• Work with diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, neonatal ventilator patients, or those requiring hospice or infectious disease care.
• Maintain infection control standards during specimen collection/processing and sterile procedures such as suturing or spinal taps.

Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour
